Located in Montana's Flathead Valley, Swan Ridge Soaps started as my own personal soap that I created to be the most luxurious soap I could make, using several different kinds of skin loving oils, and two kinds of butters.
Every soap has a generous amount of luscious goat's milk and exotic tussah silk in every batch I make. I wanted something totally luxurious to use as a treat for my skin, especially during our cold winters here in Northwest Montana.
This is REAL soap - no detergents! Oils, butters and lye goes through the saponification process in order to become soap. Making soap is a blend of art and chemistry, and after creating the perfect recipe, I then experimented with different scents and gorgeous colors. I'm on a never ending quest for the next beautiful, delightfully scented soap, and will add them as they are created. It's always exciting to cut each batch to see what beautiful design is inside!
